Help with the Maple Six lottery companion for iPhone.

What is Maple Six?

Maple Six is a companion app for Canadian 6/49-style lotteries. It shows draw results for Canada 6/49 and the regional 6/49 games — BC/49, Western 649, Ontario 49, Québec 49 and Atlantic 49 — offers a number generator that ranks combinations by how often numbers have appeared in past draws, keeps a record of the tickets you have bought, and can remind you on draw days. Maple Six is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any lottery corporation.

Is Maple Six free?

Maple Six is free to download. Every feature — the number generator, Draw History and My Tickets — requires Maple Six Premium, which you can buy as a monthly or yearly subscription or as a one-time Lifetime purchase. Payment goes through Apple and your Apple ID; we never see your card details. Settings is always available without a subscription, including Restore Purchases.

Does Maple Six sell tickets or predict the draw?

No, on both counts. Maple Six does not sell lottery tickets and cannot buy them for you — tickets are only sold by the official lottery corporations and their retailers. It also does not predict draws. Lottery draws are random; no app, method or analysis can know which numbers will come up. The generator uses historical draw frequency to suggest combinations for entertainment and interest only, and every suggestion carries exactly the same odds as any other set of numbers. Play responsibly, and only if you are of legal age to play in your province.

Draw results aren't loading

Draw History needs an internet connection. Check that Wi-Fi or cellular data is on, then tap the refresh button at the top of the History screen. The newest draw appears after the lottery corporation has published its results, which is usually the same evening (draws take place on Wednesdays and Saturdays); if it isn't there yet, try again a little later. Always confirm winning numbers with the official lottery corporation before acting on them.

How do I restore my Premium purchase?

Open Settings in Maple Six and tap Restore Purchases while signed in to the Apple ID you bought with. The same button is on the plan screen. If Premium still shows as inactive, check iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions to confirm the subscription is current, then email us with the date of your purchase and we will sort it out.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. Open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions, choose Maple Six and tap Cancel. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Monthly and Yearly plans renew until cancelled, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. The Lifetime purchase is a one-time payment, so there is nothing to cancel. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Draw reminders aren't arriving

Turn on Enable draw reminders in Settings inside Maple Six and allow notifications when iOS asks. Then check iPhone Settings → Apps → Maple Six → Notifications to make sure they are allowed. Send Test Notification in Settings confirms everything is connected. Reminders arrive in the morning on draw days (Wednesday and Saturday); a Focus mode or Do Not Disturb can hold them back until it ends.

Do I have to share my location?

No. Location is optional and off by default. If you switch on Use my location in Settings, the app uses your position only while it is open, and only to rank its built-in list of Canadian cities by distance so it can suggest a nearby place to buy a ticket. Your coordinates stay on your device and are never uploaded. Turn it off in Settings at any time, or under iPhone Settings → Apps → Maple Six → Location. Location has no effect on the numbers suggested and does not change the odds.

Scan Ticket can't read my ticket

Scanning is optional and needs camera or photo permission. Lay the ticket flat in good light and make sure the whole play area is in frame. If the numbers still can't be read, tap Add Ticket and enter them by hand.

How do I delete my account and data?

Settings → Delete Account permanently removes your account, your saved tickets and your preferences. This cannot be undone. Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription — cancel that separately as described above. See the privacy policy for the full picture of how data is handled.
