Flashreply — Last updated September 11, 2026
Flashreply is a canned-response manager. This page explains, plainly, what the app does and doesn't do with your information.
What Flashreply stores
- Your reply library. The titles, content, formatting, tags, categories, colors, and shortcuts of the canned responses you create are stored in the app's own storage on your iPhone or iPad. They are not uploaded to our servers.
- Attachments you add. Files you attach to a response (PDF, Word, Pages, images, TIFF) are kept on your device alongside that response.
- AI reply drafting. When you ask the app to draft or improve a reply, the text of that reply is sent to our hosted AI service to generate the suggestion and is not retained after the response is returned.
- Subscription status. If you subscribe to Flashreply Premium, purchase and entitlement information is handled by Apple's App Store and RevenueCat, our subscription infrastructure provider, so the app knows your plan is active.
Flashreply does not require you to create an account or sign in to use it.
The keyboard extension
Flashreply's custom keyboard never requests Full Access and never connects to the internet on its own. It reads a private, on-device copy of your reply library — synced there by the main app through iOS's App Group mechanism — and nothing more.
What Flashreply does not do
- No advertising, and no ad-tracking SDKs of any kind.
- We do not sell your data, or any part of your reply library, to third parties.
- We do not read or transmit anything you type in other apps — the keyboard only inserts text you've already saved as a canned response.
Third-party services
Flashreply relies on two service providers to operate:
- Our hosted AI service — generates reply suggestions from text you choose to send. It does not host your reply library.
- RevenueCat — manages subscription purchases and entitlement status in partnership with Apple's App Store. RevenueCat receives the device and purchase information necessary to validate your subscription; see RevenueCat's privacy policy for details on their handling of that data.
Children's privacy
Flashreply is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Your choices
You can delete individual responses, folders, or attachments at any time from within the app. To request deletion of your entire library from Flashreply's backend, contact us using the address below.
